This is the inaugural event. The brands that show up now are the ones on the banner in year five when this thing is a West Texas institution.
Mineral Wells is the Wellness Capital of Texas, and we are bringing that exact standard to the most grueling endurance event in the state. We aren't looking for vendors to sell trinkets — we are looking for dedicated partners to help our athletes survive.
When runners hit the corral between their 4.167-mile loops, their bodies are entirely depleted. By activating a support presence at our event, you become a crucial part of their recovery. What We Require From Partners
The Wellness Capital Standard: Corral Sponsors must provide free, high-value wellness items. No retail sales on course.
Asset Deadline: High-res vector logos (SVG, EPS, or transparent PNG) within 7 days of signing for print inclusion.
Signage Delivery: Sponsor-provided banners and materials delivered to the Race Director 48 hours before the starting bell.
On-Site Setup: Support tents fully erected and stocked one hour before the race begins. Vehicles moved to designated parking before runners arrive.
Athlete Space: Interactions limited to resting runners and crew. Never interfere with active course flow or the timing tent.
